Description
Displays the locations of federally-linked provider delivery sites which have HPSA designation (HCP look-alikes, Rural Health Clinics, Alaskan Native Tribal Population Facilities, Indian Health Service Facilities, Native American Tribal Population Facilities and Comprehensive Health Centers). When the cursor is over the symbol on the map, the site name and address will be available in the Information Card. Remember there is no patient information in the UDS Mapper specific to the Facility and Point HPSAs.
